JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collect and analyze requirements from customers according to the development requirements of the project
• Describe the business process, business analysis, workflow analysis to define business, interface, and feature requirements
• Design data models, create mockups or prototypes for the project
• Draft and finalize business documents
• Participate in software quality testing, product acceptance before delivery
• Collect, respond, record and implement change requests
• Answer questions, support customers to fix errors during using
• Participate in research, learn solutions and apply technology to the project
• Participate in project management, support PM to monitor project progress
• Support and train new members of the project team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in hospital management software projects is an advantage
• Have at least 6 month-experience working as a BA
• Able to design databases and write SQL queries
• Have skill in writing business description documents, requirements analysis, requirements specification…
• Proficiently use at least one software design analysis tool (Enterprise Architect, Visio…)
• Open-minded, progressive, ready to change
